Terms of Use
Effective 1 October 2026.
The short version
Not advice
This is not medical advice
Hadid records what you lift. It cannot examine you, and neither can the Coach — even if you tell it about an injury.
The app
Provided as it is
Complete without paying, with no promise it is faultless or never unavailable. Pro is optional and bought through the App Store or Google Play.
Your content
Stays yours
We claim no ownership of your training data. Your photos are private to your account — there is no sharing feature today, and only two you ask the Coach to compare ever leave it.
Law
Israeli law governs
Hadid is operated from Israel, and Israeli courts have exclusive jurisdiction — except that EU consumers keep the mandatory protections of their own country.
A summary, not the terms. The full text below is what governs.
The important one first: this is not medical advice
Lifting weights carries a real risk of injury. You are responsible for what you actually lift. Use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme — especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are returning from a break.
The AI Coach in particular produces text by prediction. It can state something confidently and be wrong. Treat it as a prompt for your own thinking, never as an instruction to follow. Coach is an AI; it is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a registered dietitian. You must be 13 or older to use Coach. If you tell us a date of birth that is not yours, Coach may give advice that is not suitable for you.
If you let the Coach remember you, what it saves is a convenience, not a record you can rely on: it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You can see, correct and delete it in Settings → Coach → What Coach knows.
Using the app
Hadid is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be free of defects, available without interruption, or that syncing will never fail.
You agree not to:
- use the app for anything unlawful;
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers, or to reach another user's data;
- use the AI Coach to generate abusive, illegal or harmful content.
Your data
Your training data is yours. We claim no ownership of it. What we store and why is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Settings → Data → Export produces a CSV file at any time.
Accounts
An account is optional; the app is complete without one. If you create one, you must be 13 or older, and you confirm that when you sign in. You are responsible for the Apple or Google account, or the email address, you sign in with. You may delete your account from inside the app at any time, which also deletes the data described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or to abuse the Coach.
What you may not upload
Progress photos are the only thing you can put into Hadid that is not plain numbers or text you typed about your own training. They are private to your account and nobody else can see them — there is no sharing feature today — except that if you ask the Coach to compare two of your photos, those two are processed by Anthropic, the AI service that writes the Coach's replies, as the Privacy Policy describes. This section sets the rules anyway, because rules written after they are needed are worth nothing.
You may not upload, store, or transmit through Hadid:
- Any sexual content involving a minor, in any form. This is absolute. We will remove it, terminate the account, and report it to the relevant authorities.
- Photographs of a person who has not agreed to be photographed, or of anyone other than yourself where you do not have their permission.
- Content that is illegal where you are, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Content uploaded to attack the service — malware, or files designed to break the app or our storage.
You are 16 or older to back up progress photos to your account. Taking and keeping them on your own device is not age-restricted. The app asks for your date of birth during setup so it can tell the difference; answering is optional, and you can change or remove it in Settings. It is used for this, to set the Coach's age group, and to decide which goals the app offers, as the Privacy Policy describes.
How we act on this. We do not look through your photos. They are private to your account and we have no interest in browsing them. What we do is act on what we are told: if you report content, or a lawful authority notifies us, we will investigate and remove anything that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or terminate the account responsible. Report anything to support@hadid.fitness.
If sharing is ever added — letting other people see your photos — content will be checked before it leaves your account, and these terms will be updated to say exactly how before that version ships. Nothing you have already uploaded becomes visible to anyone because of a future feature.
Paid features
Hadid is free to use, and stays a complete app without paying. There is an optional paid tier, Hadid Pro, which raises the free limits: more Coach messages per month, more routines, and your full workout history visible in the app — and adds features of its own, such as Coach memory, photo comparison and streak shields. What you have already recorded is never taken away for not paying, and CSV export always includes everything you have logged.
You will not be charged for anything you did not actively buy.
How you buy, and who takes the payment
Pro is bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play, whichever you installed Hadid from. They take the payment, not us. We never see your card number or your billing address. The price you pay is the one shown in the app before you confirm, in your own currency, and that is the price that governs — not any figure written here or on the rest of this site.
Renewal, and how to stop it
Pro is sold as a monthly or an annual plan. Both renew automatically until you cancel, and your store account is charged at the start of each new period. A lifetime option is no longer sold; if you bought it before, it was a single payment that does not renew and is never charged again.
Cancel through the store, not through us — in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play's subscriptions screen. We have no way to cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out, and nothing you recorded is deleted when it ends.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. The app tells you before you start one, and trials are offered only where the store confirms you are eligible.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, because they took the payment. Request one through Apple's "Report a Problem" or Google Play's refund process. We cannot issue, approve or refuse a refund for a store purchase — if you email us about one we can explain the route, but not perform it. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you have where you live, are not affected by this.
Fair use of the Coach
The Coach is answered by a third-party AI service that costs us money for every message, so neither the free tier nor Pro is unmetered. The free allowance is shown in the app. Pro has a high monthly limit, which the app does not count down for you: after heavy use in a month, the Coach's replies may become shorter or simpler until the limit resets, and at the very top of that limit the Coach stops answering until then. Pro's limit resets each calendar month. We may adjust these limits, and if we reduce Pro's we will say so in the app first.
If the price changes
We may change what Pro costs. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and for an auto-renewing plan the store will ask you to agree before it charges you a higher price. A lifetime purchase you already own is not affected by a later price change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
Hadid is operated from Israel. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions in your country of residence. Your data is held in the EU — see the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes with them.
