About & help
Why Hadid exists.
Most training apps are built to be opened. Hadid is built to be closed — log the set, put the phone down, lift.
That one decision explains the rest. No feed, because a feed exists to hold attention. No streak nagging: the app counts your streak and then leaves it alone — it never notifies you about one, so it can't turn it into a debt you owe it.
What's left is the useful part: an accurate record, kept on your device first, that shows you a line going up. Sign in and it follows you to a new phone. Don't, and everything but sync and the Coach still works.
حديد means iron. Built in English, Arabic and Hebrew from the first version.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need an account?
No. Everything except sync and the Coach works signed out.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. It syncs to our servers only if you sign in, and if you use the Coach it sends your training history to Anthropic. See Privacy.
How do I get my data out?
Settings → Your data → Export everything writes your whole history to CSV. No account, no asking us.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Profile & account, then the "Delete account & all data" section at the bottom. You type DELETE to confirm; after that it is permanent, server data included.
Is the AI Coach reliable?
It's useful and it's sometimes wrong. It can't see you and doesn't know your injuries. Something to think about, never an instruction.
Will it nag me?
No. The only notification is the rest timer, and it starts when you finish a set.
Which languages?
English, Arabic and Hebrew, laid out right-to-left where that's correct.
